Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Send us your question through the consultation form.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation is free and there is no obligation to use any further service. We will explain clearly in writing if any later service has a fee before you decide.

Can you guarantee my admission or visa?

No. Universities make admission decisions and governments make visa decisions. Our role is to help you understand the requirements and prepare a complete, accurate application. Please be cautious of anyone who promises a guaranteed outcome.

Which countries do you help with?

We currently guide students applying to the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Malaysia, Azerbaijan and Italy.

When should I start planning?

Ideally 9 to 12 months before your intended intake. This leaves time for English tests, applications, offer conditions, financial documents and the visa process. If your intake is sooner, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether it is still realistic.

Do I need an English language test?

It depends on the country, university and course. Some accept previous English-medium education, while others require a test such as IELTS. Each destination page explains the general requirements, and we confirm them for your specific programmes.

What documents will I need?

Usually a valid passport, academic transcripts and certificates, English language evidence, a statement of purpose, references and financial documents. Each destination page lists the typical documents, and we give you a personalised checklist.
