Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

Draft for review. This privacy notice describes how this website actually handles personal information. It must be reviewed by Zextro Global and a qualified legal professional before launch, and the bracketed details must be completed.

Who we are

This website is operated by Zextro Global ("we", "us"). Contact: zextroglobal@gmail.com (opens in a new tab). Registered business details: [to be confirmed by the business].

What information we collect

When you submit the consultation or student assessment form, we collect:

  • Your full name, phone number and email address.
  • Your highest level of education and preferred destination.
  • Optional details you choose to give: intended study level, preferred subject, intended intake, approximate budget and your message.
  • The date and time you submitted the form and your confirmation that you have read this notice.

We do not ask for passports, identity documents or financial documents through this website.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • Contact you about your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
  • Give you guidance on study options that match your profile.
  • Keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where your information is stored

Inquiries are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, hosted in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. Access is restricted to authorised Zextro Global staff who need it to respond to inquiries. Staff accounts are password protected and can additionally be protected with two-step verification.

When you submit the form, the details you entered are emailed to the Zextro Global business inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend, so a counsellor can contact you.

Protection against abuse

To prevent spam and abuse of the form, the server keeps a temporary, one-way coded version of your network (IP) address. It is not used to identify you and is deleted automatically once it is no longer needed for abuse prevention, normally within two days.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services. Staff who sign in to the administration area receive essential cookies needed to keep them securely signed in.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry records for [retention period to be confirmed, for example 24 months after our last contact with you], unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer for a legal reason.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing zextroglobal@gmail.com (opens in a new tab). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes, and show the date of the latest review.
